The Lessee grants the Lessor the right to list an advertisement on the Billboard for 60 days for each year of the contract from the effective date of this agreement to schedule ads for the company All Interiors, Inc. and - or any other entity. successor in the interest of this first that carries out the same line of business, as long as said companies are controlled by the Lessor or his heirs.
